Dean Stell, MBA

Dean Stell is the Associate Director of the Office of Technology Commercialization. Dean joined OTC in 2022 after a 20+ year career in the technology commercialization group at Wake Forest University where he licensed all forms of intellectual property in wide variety of technology areas and also managed a significant portion of the groups operations. Dean is a member of the Association of University Technology Managers and the Licensing Executive Society and was a member of the inaugural class of Certified Licensing Professionals. Dean has a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
